GuardEinsatzGuardEinsatz

We’re digitizing
shift planning.

GuardEinsatz is being built in Essen, with one clear goal: put an end to Excel sheets, WhatsApp groups and paperwork in the security industry.

01 / WHY

Why GuardEinsatz exists

At many security companies, the reality looks like this: the shift schedule lives in a spreadsheet, changes happen over WhatsApp, timesheets come in on paper, and at the end of the month someone spends two days preparing payroll.

At the same time, requirements keep growing: §34a certifications, the German security register (Bewacherregister), GDPR, minimum-wage documentation. Tools built for other industries rarely fit site protection, patrol duty and constantly changing locations.

That’s why we’re building GuardEinsatz: a platform that brings together shift scheduling, GPS time tracking, employee records and payroll preparation, developed in direct exchange with people from the industry.
